Eyob Mekonnen (1975–2013) brought reggae to Ethiopia and sang it in Amharic. Ende Kal made him a national name in 2007; six years later a stroke took him at 37, in a hospital bed in Nairobi, and a generation lost the artist who had just shown them what was possible.

He sang about love, understanding and respect. He pushed a whole country back toward live music. This tee is by DJEZ1 and EZONE Films, for the people who still have Nekchalehu in rotation.

Exact measurements for this item are in the size table in the product description above. We print on a few different blanks — Comfort Colors, Gildan and Bella+Canvas each cut slightly differently — so the real numbers live on each product rather than in one shared chart.

Between sizes? Size down for a closer fit, up for an oversized look. Garment-dyed pieces are pre-shrunk but relax a little after the first wash.
