Refund policy

 

At AfroDrips, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.


We offer refunds for eligible items within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.


To start a return, please email our customer support team at ezana@afrodrips.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.


Please note, we do not cover return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Certain items—such as custom orders and clearance items—are not eligible for refunds. These products will be clearly marked on their respective product pages.
